· Eagle Scout being recognized for a project submitted for a Gear Drying Fan.
· P.A. Recovery Services. Will re-visit during the budget meeting
· Megan Kushpa submitted the grant to purchase new T.I.C.
KEITH ADDIE SECRETARY (Excused) Report given by Comm. Mizak
· Radio’s will be programmed next week.
· Removed old radios in the Ford Expedition.
· Old radios will be taken out of service.
BRUCE MIZAK, 1st VICE PRESIDENT
· Advertise the sale of Ford Expedition again since receiving no bids.
· The truck will go for PM in September.
· 5-4 needed new turbo.
· 5-1 still needs ladder racks.
· The van had a problem with a grounding issue with the fuel pump.
· Lighting package was installed in the new Bureau vehicles.
GREGORY CZOCH, TREASURER

Other. –
· The Vaughn Collaborative Group submitted a estimate for the new bunk room.
· Had Airtec come out to address a problem with the HVAC. Had to replace a breaker.
· Air compressor was replaced.
4. Communications / Correspondence.
SPILLAR, FIRE OFFICIAL
· Imminent Hazard at Xperience – 505 Avenel St. Off – hour reinspection. Overtime reimbursed.
· Imminent Hazard at Cubesmart – 881 St. Georges Ave. Unable to silence system. Off hour reinspection overtime reimbursed.
· Received $3500 penalty from Advance Auto Parts – failure to abate violations in a timely manner.
· Chris attended and passed 8 hours of tested training.
· Tommy passed both County and State tests, will await State certification.
· Fire Prevention supplies have been ordered and arrived for FPW.
BOARD LIASON, CORY SPILLAR

JAMES BOELHOWER, CHIEF 2023
· Calls for the month.
· Auto Aid report
· Drill scheduled for September 6 at the Fire Academy
· 5-3-1 went for inspection.
· Wildwood coverage. Consider maintaining 4 man shifts.
· CAD on 5-3-1 battery not staying charged.
· Will have 2 new members coming in and they will need radios.
