  • Fire Prevention week and Open House went well. Would like to thank BOFC’s allowing the extra manpower on during the work crew day. Fire Inspector Neroda did a wonderful job as Fire Company Committee Head as well as the entire Bureau Staff for multiple Fire Prevention details.
  • Will be using some more of my itemized line items to purchase low stocked supplies once October’s bills are processed and I can see what I have left.
  • I will submit bills to WTJBOFC for their annual reimbursement of Fire Prevention monies
  • Conducted 4 Fire Prevention details at Home Depot , K – Mart, Community Service Awards and Trunk or Treating at School 4 & 5
  • Will be attending League of Municipalities conference 11/15 – 11/18
  • Status of School Inspections
  • Juvenile Fire Setter Updates – Chris. Hydrant markers are back on hydrants

  • Past weeks guys are going through radio batteries Frank ordered more
  • Suggested rotating the batteries that are always charging in the engines

 

 

 

 

BRUCE MIZAK, 2NDVICE PRESIDENT

 

  • Air leak on 5-2-5 has been repaired  
  • Chris’s car needed a new battery
  • Two AED’s are not charging to replace them would cost $764.00 each under State contract
  • Danny met with Mike to go over specs based on 2018 pricing
  • New hose was ordered and should be coming in  
  • Hand held TIC demo for a week
  • Danny would like a definite answer on members over 65 years of age. Can they be interior or exterior only?
  • Would like the Bureau and Officer’s to attend November meeting

 

 

GREGORY CZOCH, TREASURER

  • Kitchen is complete. Final invoice wil be about $6000.00 - $7000.00.
  • NJ Door works recommend changing motors in doors.
  • Kitchen storage was cleaned out
