·         5-4 involved in an accident in December.

·          No update on the van

·         Salaries have been approved

·         Fire Co. down to 15 volunteers, it is always the same people on committees.  Maybe the Board should help with the interviews going forward.

 

 

 

KEITH ADDIE SECRETARY  

 

·          Tablet issues

·         Received Ortega’s radio upon his resignation.

 

 

 

BRUCE MIZAK, 1^st VICE PRESIDENT

 

·         Jeremy Colon needs to have gear ordered

·         Jack Golden will not be having pants repaired.

·         Received all gear

·         Never purchased new shields.

·         Having some issues getting prices for the new vehicles from Ford/Dodge, Chevy.

 

 

 

 

GREGORY CZOCH, TREASURER

 

• Buildings and Grounds.

 

·         Fire Alarm System.

·         Sprinkler –

 

·         Keyless entry system.

·         Security Camera system.

 

·         Lawn Maintenance.

·         Bunk room updates  

·         Construction will begin on 12/30/24. Should be complete by April 15, 2025.

·         Bay door had an issue with a wire

·         HVAC had some problems

 

 

      4.   Communications / Correspondence.

 

SPILLAR, FIRE OFFICIAL

·         The end of year report for Division is being worked on and will be sent to the state in the beginning of January.

·         All 2024 Life Hazard and Non – Life Hazard Use inspections are completed.

·         Calls for the month

·         Auto Aid

·         Mutual Aid

·         Radio concerns

 

PUBLIC –

·         Capt. Mizak spoke to East Jersey prison regarding conducting a drill there.

·         Upcoming drills

·         Pre plan program is outdated. Would like to go to a mobilized system

·         Schedule changes

 

A motion was made by Mitch to close the public section of the meeting. Second by Mizak.
