·         Cancer screening for fire fighters. We have been registered on simply gov

·          Received credit from Branna Insurance

·         Auto insurance has increased due to past incidents

·         The chief had a minor motor vehicle accident, which has been reported to Branna.

·         New member applicant Diego Vasquez, we have not heard back from him yet.

·         Increasing the rent at 105 Avenel St.  Sending a letter to notify them the increase will take effect July 1, 2025.

·         Proposals for Aquila has increased to $1050.00 per month.

·         New auditor – Bart & Bart will send us a proposal.

·         Received $1500.00 penalty from Dollar Tree, continuing nature violations.

·         Received $2500.00 penalty from Extra space. Failure to abate.

·         5-3-7 & 5-3-8 attending International IAAI conference in Atlantic City, Cory from April 6th – April 9th and Chris from April 6th – April 10th.

·         Respirator letters have started to come back.

·         Looking into new accountant for audit. Received a referral letter for Bart & Bart

·         The new pick-up truck is fully insured.

·         The installer came out to look at the tablet in 5-1. Changed out the load manager box.

·          The new pick up is here. We will get the title once they receive their payment.

·         A&K gave us a quote for a plow. It was around $2500.00

·         Pick – up will be known as 5-3-2

·         5-1 had an issue with the line

·         Elizabethtown Gas has another $5000.00 grant that we could apply for.

·         Mutual Aid assistance thank you letter from District 9

·         End of the year report has been certified by FO and President of BOFC

and submitted to the Division. Thank you to the President.

Received $2,121.50 for September – October Fire Zone reimbursement

Received $11,267.50 Fire Zone Reimbursement for 224. Not including Nov-Dec. 2024. This amount last year was $6000.00.

·         Holiday Fire Zone enforcement

` 85 Summons issued, numerous warnings. If all paid, $3,740.00revenue to BOFC for an 8-week period.

·         Avenel Street will be closed Jan. 25th 12pm – 5pm for a special event

·         F.F. Nebus would like to obtain his EMT and would like to work it around his shift.

·         Firefighter Mizak asked for gym equipment update.

·         Capt. Mizak registered 2 new volunteer members to Fire I. Also received a quote for new gas meters.

·         Firefighter Rodriguez has rescheduled his Firefighter I&II exam.

·         I will submit bills to WTJBOFC for their reimbursement of fire prevention monies.

·         Received $2,121.50 in Fire Zone Reimbursement – June, July, and August 2024.

·         Anticipated 2025 LEA rebate $102,074.02

·         I will be attending the League of Municipalities conference 11/18 – 11/21

·         5-3-7 & 5-3-8 will be attending a 16-hour tested training, NFPA Standard for Fire Investigation units.

·         Holiday overtime will begin in November and commence through 1/4 - 1/5
